Thomas B. Harvey is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of ArchCity Defenders, a non-profit provider of holistic legal advocacy that helps remove the legal barriers that prevent the poor and marginalized from receiving the services they need to improve their lives. Since its founding in 2009, Thomas has overseen the growth of ArchCity Defenders from an all-volunteer, part-time staff of three, into a paid staff of eleven, a network of volunteer attorneys, and social work and legal interns.
